Where do I take my lesson?
We use the free Skype platform, which has a version for mobile, iPad, and desktop. It is very friendly and easy to use; we give you a link where you register with a username and password, and that’s it! You will receive a call from your tutor at the scheduled time. You can contact us and we will give you assistance at any time.
How do I pay?
Simply choose your package and buy it at our online store. You will immediately receive an email to schedule your lessons.
How do I schedule a free trial class?
Schedule a free class using the chat of your choice on our website.
What is the process?
1. Buy your lesson(s) on our store.
2. You will receive a confirmation email with the steps to follow.
3. Answer the email with the date and time you want to take your first class. You may also choose your teacher, just tell us when you reply.
4. Receive a confirmation email with the name of your teacher and the Skype link to enter directly to your class.
5. If you don’t already have a Skype account, you only need to create it with an email and a passsword, make sure you do this before your lesson.
6. Connect on the scheduled date, and enjoy your first lesson!
How do I reschedule a lesson?
If you can’t make it to a scheduled lesson, contact your teacher at least 8 hrs. before your lesson and arrange the new date. If you reschedule with less than 8 hrs. ahead, it will cost 50%.
